Please note that credit card payments for Green Visions Eco tours d.o.o. are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Multi-day Trip (guided and self-guided):

The guest must pay a reservation fee of 20% at the time of booking. This reservation fee is non-refundable and is retained unless the trip is cancelled by Green Visions. In case the guest chooses to pay more than 20% as an advance payment, only 20% of the total price will be considered the reservation fee.

The guest must make the full payment 30 days prior to the trip start date, or else the reservation will be cancelled. If a trip is reserved within 30 days of the reservation start date, the guest must pay the full amount.

If the tour has a minimum number of individuals required in order to commence, Green Visions will decide whether the trip will depart 60 days before the scheduled trip date.

 

One & Two Day Trips and our Rent a Guide Service:

The guest must make an advanced payment of 100% of the trip in order to confirm the booking. 

Credit card payment

Please be aware that there will be a conversion fee connected to the payment through the payment gateway if you use a card in a different currency than EUR.
